Shipping Method & Delivery Times

We use Australia Post Express for fast and reliable delivery.

• Next business day delivery is available within the Express Post network, which includes Australian capital cities, major metro areas, and Perth CBD.

• For other areas in Western Australia and Northern Territory, express delivery may take up to 3 business days.

 

Delivery times are stated in business days.

 

Please note, Kelpie Swim is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume seasons. These are the best delivery estimations available and are generally reliable and quick. Additionally, items purchased on pre-order may have varying shipping times.

Processing Time

Online orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not process orders over weekends or public holidays. Orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the next business day.

Signature on Delivery

All parcels are sent signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you can sign for your parcel upon delivery. If the carrier determines there is a safe place to leave the parcel, they will leave it at your address and record a proof of delivery.

 

If the receiver grants authority to the courier to leave the parcel without a signature, Kelpie Swim is not held liable if the parcel goes missing. Unfortunately, in these cases, we cannot refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
